Refund policy
We have a flexible 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the product your recipient received is substantially different from the advertised image, we will provide you with a replacement flower. If your recipient is not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact us and let us know and our customer service professionals will ensure your recipient is fully satisfied with the purchase.
We will notify you once your return and refund have been accepted and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
