Can I modify my order?

Yes — as long as your order has not gone out for delivery.
You may update the card message, delivery date, or delivery address by contacting our Customer Service team no later than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

If the order is already being prepared or out for delivery, changes may not be possible, but we will always try our best to accommodate you.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team by phone or email.

  • Standard Deliveries: Must be canceled 48 business hours before the delivery date

  • Same Day or Next Day Deliveries: Must be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order

Once an order has been prepared or is out for delivery, we are unable to cancel it.


Will you substitute flowers?

Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, substitutions may occasionally be required.
If this happens, we will:

  • Select the closest possible color, style, or flower variety

  • Contact you in advance if the change significantly alters the look of the arrangement

Seasonal transitions may also require substitutions.


What if I don’t receive my order confirmation email?

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within a few minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Mark Eclore Floral as a safe sender

If it’s still missing, the email address may have been entered incorrectly.
Please contact us at support@eclorefloral.com and we will resend it right away.


My flowers aren’t fresh — what should I do?

If your flowers arrive damaged or below our standards, we offer:

  • A free replacement on the next available delivery date, or

  • A refund

Please email a clear photo of the flowers within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For any issues with accessories (such as vases), please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.


Where do you deliver?

  • Fresh Flowers: Delivered locally throughout New Jersey,
    and to select parts of NYC (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens).

  • We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time.

How can I make the most out of my flowers?

To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful:

  • Trim stems at a 45° angle upon arrival

  • Change the water every 1–2 days

  • Add flower food when refreshing the water

  • Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heaters, vents, and appliances

  • Store flowers in a cool environment (ideally 50–60°F / 10–15°C)
